Growing conditions
✔Pleurotus djamor grows in a fan-like shape and has a pink color that will fade to beige as it ages.
To experience the full flavor of this mushroom, it should be harvested when it is still pink.
✔Like other oyster mushrooms, Pink oyster grows well on many different substrates.
✔It can be cultivated on straw, paper, wood, grains etc with a temperature between 65 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
✔ It does require some light to grow and does well in bags. It colonizes very fast, making it a great mushroom to grow!
